The Friends of Camp Helen sells pumpkins at the park 7 days a week from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm during the month of October annually.
Bring the kids, bring the camera and enjoy the Pumpkin Patch. We will have over 1,000 pumpkins for sale from tangerine to watermelon size. With prices starting as low as 50 cents. Please bring cash for the payment box if no volunteer is available.
The Pumpkins are located under beautiful oak trees in the Park with wheat straw and fall decorations surrounding them. For picture taking, besides the beautiful pumpkins, we have “face in the hole” pumpkins and wheat straw bales stacked for photo ops.
Our pumpkin patch is so popular we get several professional photographers who bring their clients to the patch for family pictures. With the log cabin (Maid’s Cottage) close to the pumpkins you would think you were on a farm and not at the beach!
